Jen Bailey
Library Media Specialist Educational Background: Ms. Bailey attended Truman State University where she earned her bachelor's degree in English and master's degree in Education. She is also a certified Library Media Specialist. Before joining the Bridle Ridge Team, Ms. Bailey taught in the Lee's Summit School District for 11 years and for DODEA schools for 1 year. Fun Facts: Ms. Bailey started the Grab & Go Library through USO Stuttgart. This program handed out over 700 free books to members of the military community and their families. She was also a scuba diver for the Lee's Summit Underwater Rescue and Recovery team. Ms. Bailey can carve a peacock sculpture out of a watermelon. Favorite Books: The Book with No Pictures by B. J. Jordan Comeau
Library Media Specialist Educational Background: Miss Comeau attended Missouri State University and Ottawa University where she obtained her bachelor's degree in History. She is also a certified elementary education teacher and Library Media Specialist. Miss Comeau will be splitting her time this year between Bridle Ridge and Peculiar Elementary, where she has worked for the past four years. Miss Comeau also worked for the Belton School District for two years as a technology teacher. Fun Facts: Miss Comeau has worked for the Cass County Public Library and Mid-Continent Public Library.
